Empathy – Support – Information
We are a self help group of people who care or have cared for a relative, friend or neighbour suffering from any form of mental health illness.
We offer Empathy, Emotional Support, Information, Signposting together with giving you the opportunity to have a voice.
We meet in the South on the 3rd Friday of each month (Derby City Centre).
Our meetings offer you a chance to relax, make new friends, meet other carers and to share experiences without the fear of stigma and prejudice.
The forum is free to join, we provide food and refreshments and we are also willing to reimburse travel expenses to the venue.
We are always looking for new members to support so why not get in contact with us:
